About me

I'm Fabien.

After 15 years in leadership roles across tech, product, marketing and strategy, I decided it was time for a change.

I went back to study climate science and sustainability. And honestly, I found it empowering. The more you understand it, the more you want to act.

I'm a facilitator at heart. I love bringing people together to learn, think, and find practical solutions. I'm also, against all expectations, an optimist. The innovations happening in this space every day are genuinely exciting, and more businesses are stepping up. That's what keeps me going.
