About

I'm Fabien.

I work with businesses, communities, and anyone leading change within them — to keep bringing more sustainable practices with real, positive impact.

My story

Why I do this

Most businesses I work with are already doing something. Reducing waste, rethinking how they buy, engaging their people on climate. Some are doing quite a lot. But ask them to talk about it and they hesitate — afraid of saying the wrong thing, of being accused of greenwashing, of being held to a standard they can't yet meet.

So they go quiet. Good work happens and no one hears about it. That silence matters — because businesses hold something that campaigns and regulations often don't: trust. From employees who take cues from them, customers who make choices based on what they see, communities shaped by local employers. When a business acts honestly and talks about it clearly, it doesn't just shrink its own footprint. It shifts what feels normal for everyone around it.

This is where I come in. My role isn't just to help businesses do more — it's to help them build on what they're already doing, push it further, and turn it into a coherent, intentional strategy they can stand behind and talk about with confidence.

Background

What I bring

Passionate about people

Certified coach with facilitation experience across teams and communities. I've spent years developing resilience and learning programmes — designing sessions that build trust, shift mindsets, and actually stick. I believe good conversations change things.

15+ years experience

Customer support, tech consulting, product, marketing, L&D, and programme management — mostly in leadership roles. More recently, advisory work at Reloop and Something. I've seen how organisations work from the inside, which shapes how I approach sustainability: practically, not theoretically.

Education

Master's in Engineering (INSA Lyon). Postgrad in Computer Science and Innovation for Sustainability (UCD / Trinity College Dublin). Certified in Climate Science, Carbon Accounting, Project Management, and Coaching. Carbon Literacy trainer.

How I work

My approach

Simplicity

Sustainability is full of jargon and complexity that gets in the way. I strip that back. If I can't explain something clearly, I haven't understood it well enough.

Engagement

People take action when they feel involved, not when they feel lectured at. Everything I do is designed to be participatory — whether it's a workshop for five people or a training for fifty.

Collaboration

I don't arrive with a pre-packaged solution. I work with you to figure out what makes sense — and when you need something beyond my own expertise, I connect you with the right people. Specialists, practitioners, partner organisations. You get one point of contact and access to a wider network.

"

Innovation is born from the interaction of different perspectives and the spark of collaboration.
