I'm Fabien.
After 15 years in leadership roles across tech, product, marketing and strategy, I decided it was time for a change.
I went back to study climate science and sustainability — and discovered something unexpected: how genuinely empowering it is. The hard part isn't the knowledge. It's taking actions that fit your values, support a long-term vision, and actually make a difference.
I'm a facilitator at heart. I love bringing people together to learn, think, and find practical solutions. I'm also, against all expectations, an optimist — the innovations happening in this space every day are genuinely exciting, and more businesses are stepping up. That's what keeps me going.
